Admission Process
The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Programme of Rajmuni Devi B.Ed. College (RDBC) has been designed with the aim to develop an understanding of teaching-learning process at secondary and senior-secondary level among student teachers. It Focuses on enabling student-teachers to reflect critically on perspectives of education and integrate holistically the theory and practices to facilitate active Engagement of learners for knowledge creation.
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME
Enabling student- teachers acquire necessary competencies for organizing learning to experiences, developing an understanding of context of education in contemporary Indian Society, systematizing experiences and strengthening the professional competencies of student teachers providing first-hand experiences of all the school activities through engaging student-teachers and interns in secondary. Senior secondary school creating sensitivity-about language diversity in class room and its role in teaching process.
ELIGIBILITY
Graduates with atleast 50% marks in Science, Commerce, Arts and humanites discipline are eligible for admission, 50% marks for OBC /General Candidate & 45% marks for ST & SC.
MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION
The medium of instruction is English and Hindi. Students can take examination In English and Hindi.
COURSE STRUCTURE
The Institute will follow the course structure as prescribed by Maulana Mazaharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna. Course shall extend over a span of two academic year. On successful completion of all the papers in the final University examination, he /she will be awarded B.Ed. degree by Maulana Mazaharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, Patna.

Diploma in Elementary Education Programme is a two-year programme to enhance understanding and competencies of in-service teachers for carrying out the teaching learning process effectively at the elementary level. The programme also takes into account enperiences gained by in- service and aims strengthening their professional competencies.
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAMME
To develop skills in transacting the prescribed curriculum effectively,to develop knowledge and understanding of the Elementary school curriculum,to acquaint the participants with the factors affecting child development, individual differences in the class room, learning and motivation process etc.
ELIGIBILITY
Candidate with atleast 50% marks in the higher secondary (+2) or equivalent examinations are eligible for admission. 50% marks for General & OBC Candidate & 45% marks for ST & SC Candidate.
